4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the cart and checkout working, and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; essential parts of the shop may stop working if you do.

We share only what is needed with:

6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept for two years, then deleted.
7. Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it, where the law allows.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, using the link in every email.
- If you are in California, you may ask what we collect, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell it. We do not sell it.
8. Children
The shop is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Where your information goes
Some of our providers may process information outside your country. When that happens, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes will be announced by email if you have an account or a newsletter subscription.
